Earnshaw begins her first year as a member of Rudy Meredith'sstaff. She served as an assistant coach at Central Connecticut andLong Island University prior to coming to Yale. She also played atLong Island, earning All-Northeast Conference second team honors in2007. Her playing career began at Iona College, where she was athree-year starter for the Gaels. She was a three-time All-MAACselection, including being named to the first team as a freshmanand sophomore.

A native of Rhyl, Wales, Earnshaw has an extensive playingcareer at the club and international levels. She has played withthe New York Magic of the W-League and is a member of the WelshNational team. Earnshaw also has represented Wales from theUnder-14 up to Under-19 levels. She spent the 2001-04 campaignsplaying with the highly successful Aresenal Ladies Football Club inEngland where she helped the squad win both the FA Women’sPremier League and FA Women’s cup in 2003-04.

Earnshaw also serves as the Director of Coaching for SoccerPlusFC Club Consulting and is a certified personal trainer and acertified strength and conditioning specialist.
