- Recorded a team-high 1,422 minutes played
- 2024 All-Ivy Second Team
- Recipient of the C. Gilbert Shepard Award from the Yale Club of Hartford
2023 (Sophomore):
- Limited appearances due to injury.
- Started and appeared in three of her appearances and recorded one goal.
2022 (First Year):
- Appeared and started in 13 games
- Contributed to the back lines success

- Played exclusively with the Oakwood Soccer Club for six years
- Team captain since 2018
- US Soccer YNT regional identification center in 2021
- Girls Academy Advisory Panel Club representative 2020-21 and 2021-22
- Qualified for USNTC Northeast Regionals in 2016, 2017.
Personal: Daughter of Fernanda and David Jacobs… Father wrestled at the University of New Hampshire… Sister Taylor Ann and brothers Max and David… Ran cross country for two seasons at Avon High School and finished ninth in the Connecticut Class MM Meet in 2018 as a first year.

Why Yale? “The environment at Yale felt completely different than any other school I was interested in. Walking on campus felt like home, but what really sold it was my interactions with Coach Martinez and how she described what she wanted to build at Yale. The team atmosphere seemed completely different from any other and is something I can’t wait to be a part of.”
Martinez on Jacobs: “Logan’s ability to lead those around her is at as high of a level as I’ve recruited. What makes her special is she leads herself first and naturally her teammates want to follow her. Logan is as good of a defender as I’ve seen and has the ability to play central or wide. She can dribble, hit a long ball, and defend 1v1 consistently which gives her all of the tools to be successful at our level.”
