1650-yard freestyle: Fifth place at the Ivy League Championships with a season-best time of 16:42.14.

2016-2017 (Junior):
500-yard freestyle: Won the event at the HYP meet (4:50.94).  
1000-yard freestyle: Won the event at the HYP meet (9:56.08).  
1650-yard freestyle: 22nd place at the Ohio State Invitational (17:02.49).  
200-yard individual medley: Won the event at the HYP meet (2:02.54).  

2015-2016 (Sophomore):
200-yard individual medley:  Tenth place at the Nike Cup Invite.  21^st place at the Ivy League Championships. 
1000-yard freestyle:  11^th place at the Ivy League Championships with a career-best time of 9:59.02.  Fourth place at the HYP meet. 
1650-yard freestyle:   17^th place at the Ivy League Championships.
Relays: Member of the 800-yard freestyle relay that won the event at the Ivy League Championships and set a new Ivy League record. 

2014-2015 (Freshman):
200-yard freestyle: Ninth place at the Brown Invite.
1650-yard freestyle: Fourth place at the Ivy League Swimming and Diving Championships.
200-yard individual medley: Fifth place at the Ivy League Swimming and Diving Championships.  Fourth place at the Brown Invite, with a collegiate best time (2:03.44).
400-yard individual medley: Ninth place at the Ivy League Swimming and Diving Championships.  Fourth place at the Brown Invite, with a collegiate best time (4:21.40). 
Relay Events: Member of the 800-yard freestyle relay that placed second at the Ivy League Swimming and Diving Championships.  Member of the 200-yard freestyle relay that placed second at the Ivy League Swimming and Diving Championships.  Member of the winning 800-yard freestyle relay at the Brown Invite. Member of the 400-yard freestyle relay at the Brown Invite that finished in third place.

Three-time Scholastic All-American and NISCA All-American. 2-time Eagle Tribune Athlete All-Star Award and MVP. 2-time New England Prep School Swimming (Division I) Champion and previous record holder in the 200-yard Freestyle. Two-time Durham Mayor’s Award winner. North Carolina Swimming State Champion and All-Star Award winner. New England Swimming Outstanding Swimmer Award. Holds 7 individual high school records. Swam for Duke Aquatics.

Why I Chose Yale: I chose Yale because Yale provides an atmosphere that I find myself eager to immerse in. The rigorous academic programs, array of extracurricular opportunities, and competitive swimming and diving team were just a few of the many things that attracted me to Yale. The community also offers such a diverse group of people that I’m excited to meet and is what makes me enthusiastic about becoming a Bulldog.
