2010-2011 (Senior): Awarded the MacLeish Memorial Swimming Trophy for her efforts and high ideals in sportsmanship and loyalty… 400-yard IM: Finished 22nd at the Ivy League Swimming and Diving Championships with a time of 4:32.12… Best finish in the event was against Vermont, fifth with a time of 4:46.32… 200-yard IM: Swam a 2:09.46 in the prelims of the Ivy League Championships… Best regular season finish was against Columbia, fifth with a time of 2:14.41… 200-yard backstroke: Finished 20th at the Ivy League Championships with a time of 2:06.98… Best regular season finish was against Vermont, fifth with a time of 2:14.70… 200-yard butterfly: Best finish in the event was against UConn, sixth with a time of 2:15.24.
2009-2010 (Junior): Recipient of Yale Swimming’s Tim Jecko Award for outstanding performance in the individual medley… 400-yard IM: Finished fourth with a time of 4:25.92 at the Ivy League Swimming and Diving Championships… 200-yard IM: Finished 21st with a time of 2:07.82 at the Ivy League Championships… Set a personal best in prelims with a time of 2:06.52… 200-yard butterfly: Finished 18th at the Ivy League Championships with a time of 2:05.13.
2008-2009 (Sophomore): 400-yard IM: Finished fourth with a personal best of 4:23.04 at the Ivy League Swimming and Diving Championships… 200-yard IM: Finished 21st with a time of 2:07.04 at the Ivy League Championships… 200-yard butterfly: Finished 15th with a time of 2:06.12 at the Ivy League Championships.
2007-2008 (Freshman): 200-yard IM: Finished 10th at ECAC Swimming Championships… 200-yard freestyle: Finished 16th at ECAC Swimming Championships… 200-yard butterfly: Finished 10th at ECAC Swimming Championships.
Before Yale: Graduated from The John Cooper School in The Woodlands, Texas… Club member of The Woodlands Swim Team (TWST)… At JCS, served as the Senior Class Vice-President, Captain of the Varsity Swimming and Diving Team, and Business Editor for the Yearbook... Started swimming competitively at the age of eight... Two-time Scholastic All-American… Southwest Preparatory Conference Champion her sophomore, junior, and senior year... CS Most Valuable Swimmer her junior and senior years.
Personal: Member of Jonathan Edwards College and a biomedical engineering major… Daughter of Barnes and Pam Darwin… Younger siblings are Tyler and Sarah.
