2019-2020: In cross country, claimed an 8th place finish at the Harvard-Yale season opener… Finished 43rd overall with a time of 22:07 at the UVA Panorama Farms Invite… Competed at the Pre-National Invitational… Competed at the 2019 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships finishing 6th for Yale...Finished 38th overall at the NCAA Northeast Regional recording a new 6K personal best. In indoor track, finished third in the mile and fourth in the 800 meters at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet… Competed in the 3,000 meters at the John Thomas Terrier Classic running 9:46.57… Ran a season’s best of 4:56.05 in the mile at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet and competed in the 800 meters… Competed in the 3,000 meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational running a season’s best of 9:42.71… Competed at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championship finishing 11th in the 3,000 meters and running a leg of the third place 4x800 meter relay. 

2018-2019: Did not compete during cross country... Did not compete during indoor season... In outdoor track competed in the 1500 meters at the Yale Springtime Invitational running 4:44.53 and clinching a third place finish. 

2017-2018: Did not compete.

2016-2017: In cross country, finished third in varsity race at CCSU Mini Meet... Seventh on the team and 56th overall at the Paul Short Run... Finished eighth on the team and 40th overall at the Heptagonal Championships... In indoor track, ran a personal best (2:51.24) and No. 7 on Yale''s top-10 list in the 3,000 meter run at the Valentine Invitational, finishing seventh... Second in mile run at HYP, setting a personal best of 4:51.66... Fifth in the 3,000m run at the Heptagonal Championships.

Before Yale: In XC, ninth at English Schools'' Cross Country Championship…14^th at 2016 Saucony English National Cross Country Championships… In track, runner-up at English Schools'' Championship in 1,500m… Represented Great Britain juniors in 2016 at Lough-borough International in the 3,000-meter run… Currently ranked third nationally in the 3,000m and fourth in the 1,500m… Four-time Wiltshire Schools'' Champion in the 1500m… Ranked eighth nationally in 2k steeplechase in 2015… Fifth for age at 2015 London Mini Marathon... Second at national biathlon in 2015… Completed Ten Tors Challenge in 2013 by walking 45 miles in two days navigating across Dartmoor.
