2021-2022: For cross country, placed 15th at Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri meet…Competed in the 5k at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown…Ran 17:51.8 to place 11th at Panorama Farms XC23 Invitational…Placed 40th at Ivy League Cross Country Championships…Competed at NCAA DI Northeast Region Cross Country Championship and placed 109th overall…For indoor track, placed third in the mile at Yale Season Opener…Placed fourth in 1000m race at BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite…Ran 5:01.65 in the mile at BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational…Placed fourth in the 1000m with a time of 2:52.36 and second in the 4x800m at Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, earning second team All-Ivy honors…For outdoor track, opened the season by running the 800m and 1500m at the Raleigh Relays…Ran 4:26.90 in the 1500m to place 15th at Virginia Challenge…Placed eighth in the 1500m final and fourth in the 4x800m at Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2020-2021: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-2020: In cross country opened up her season running a 20:57.2 in the 6K with a 9th place finish overall at the UVA Panorama Farms Invite… Finished 2nd for the team and 56th overall at the Pre-National Invitational… Competed at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships placing 41st… Ran a 6K personal best of 20:47.2 at the NCAA Northeast Regional finishing 4th for the team and 50th overall...In indoor track, opened up at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet, winning the 1,000 meters and setting a new personal record of 2:47.56, and finishing fourth in the 500 meters with an impressive time of 1:16.43… Competed in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational and ran a leg of the third-place Distance Medley Relay… Competed in the 1,000 meters and the Distance Medley Relay at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championship, finishing third in the 1,000 meters in a time of 2:53.98 and leading off the second-place DMR.   

2018-2019: In cross country competed at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet, placing second on the team and third overall...Ran a 6K personal best of 21:02 in the Women’s Gold Race at the Paul Short Invitational, placing second on the team and 13th overall...Competed at the Pre-Nationals Invitational...Earned second-team All-Ivy League Honors, finishing third for the team and 10th overall at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships...Was the top first-year finisher at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships...Competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional, finishing 26th overall... In indoor track, finished first in the 800-meter run in her indoor track debut for the Bulldogs at Harvard-Yale-Princeton, running a time of 2:12.85... Won the ECAC Championship in the mile with a time of 4:49.54... Ran a lifetime best of 2:47.90 in the 1,000-meter run at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championship, finishing fourth and scoring for the Bulldogs... Also scored for the Bulldogs as a member of the Distance Medley Relay at the indoor championship... In outdoor track competed in the 1500 meters at the Raleigh Relays finishing 12th in a 4:22.77... Finished second in the 1500 meters at the Harvard Yale Dual Meet... Ran a leg of the Distance Medley Relay at the Penn Relays... Earned second placed in the 1500 meters at the Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships after winning her heat of the prelims, and ran a leg of the second-place 4x800 meter relay... Won the 1500 meters at the Twilight Westpoint meet in a season''s best of 4:19.07... Qualified for NCAA Regionals in the 1500 meters, finishing 22nd overall in the first round to move on to the quarterfinals, where she finished in 17th ... Honored as the middle distance athlete of the year at Yale''s end of the season banquet and sits second on Yale''s all-time list in the 1500 meters. 

Off the track: Member of Phi Beta Kappa; inducted as a junior... Is involved with the Catholic chaplaincy at Saint Thomas More Church in New Haven.

Before Yale: Represented Canada at the 2017 Commonwealth Youth Games in the 1500-meter run, placing sixth…Represented Canada at the 2018 PanAm Cross Country Cup, placing seventh and helping Canada to a team victory for Junior Women…Nine-time OFSAA Medalist in the 800-meter run, 1500-meter run and cross country…OFSAA Junior Girls 1500-meter record holder...Qualifier for 2018 Junior World Championship in the 1500-meter run for team Canada.
