Outdoors, competed in discus throw and hammer throw at Bryant Black & Gold Invitational, UConn Dog Fight, Harvard-Yale vs. Oxford-Cambridge meet, Mark Young Invitational (first in discus, 41.44m), UMass Ken O'Brien Pre-Conference Qualifier and Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships. 

2023-24: For indoor track, opened season with fourth-place finish at Yale Season Opener and eighth-place finish at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia meet in weight throw…Threw weight 15.58m at River Hawk Invitational to finish sixth…Represented Yale in weight throw at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships, setting personal best with mark of 16.23m… For outdoor track, began discus and hammer season at UCF Knights Invite with season’s best 42.09m in discus… At Yale vs. Harvard Dual, finished second in discus and fifth in hammer after throwing over 47m for first time (47.76m)… Competed in discus at both Wake Forest Invitational and Penn Relays… Finished fourth in discus and fifth in hammer at Yale Springtime meet… Competed in both hammer and discus at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track & Field Championships, finishing 10th in discus and marking a personal best of 48.81m in final throw of hammer.

2022-23: Came third in weight throw at Yale Season Opener...Placed 10th in weight throw at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia meet...At Yale Springtime Invitational, set personal records in discus throw and hammer throw, placing first and third respectively...Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing 11th in discus throw.

2021-22: For indoor track, earned third-place finish in weight throw with mark of 14.75m at Yale Season Opener…Placed eighth in weight throw at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia meet… Placed 17th in weight throw at BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite… Produced mark of 14.96m in weight throw for eighth place at Giegengack Invitational… Set personal record of 15.31m in weight throw for 15th place at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championship… For outdoor track, opened season with personal best of 38.84m in hammer throw at Raleigh Relays… Threw personal best of 41.47m in discus at UConn Dog Fight… Placed fifth in discus and eighth in hammer throw at Harvard-Yale Match… Competed in discus at UConn Northeast Challenge… Earned third place in discus at Mark Young Invitational… Took fourth place in discus at Yale Springtime Invitational… Placed 10th in discus at Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Salem High School: Seven-time VHSL Class 4 All-State honors… Indoor shot put state runner-up 2021… Outdoor state discus runner-up 2021… Outdoor track and field Most Valuable Player 2019… Indoor track and field Most Valuable Field Athlete 2019… Also played two years of volleyball.
 
Notes: Interned at a non-profit for global poverty her senior year of high school... Co-created a mentoring program for refugee students... Worked with Interact Club and Rotary clubs to help the community.
