Finished fifth overall at Codfish Bowl... Competed in Lehigh Paul Short Run and ECAC Championships... Wrapped up season with 6k personal record of 21:42.5 at Ivy League Cross Country Championships... In outdoor track, set 1k personal record of 2:57.14 at River Hawk Invitational... Followed up with personal record of 4:59.56 in mile at BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational... Competed in mile at Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational and Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships... In outdoor track, set personal record of 2:15.55 in 800m at Sam Howell Invitational... Earned fifth in 1500m at Harvard-Yale vs. Oxford-Cambridge meet... At UMass Ken O'Brien Pre-Conference Qualifier, ran new PR of 4:39.02 in 1500m... Finished out her career as a Bulldog with 1500m at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2023-2024: Did not compete in cross country... Set personal record of 5:01.25 in mile at Giegengack Invitational... Competed in mile at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships and ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships... For outdoor track, ran 1500m to finish seventh at Yale vs. Harvard Dual... Finished season with an 800m at UConn Northeast Challenge.

2022-2023: In cross country, competed in Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet... Raced in Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown... Set 6k personal record of 21:48.7 in Lehigh Paul Short Run... As one of Bulldogs’ top seven runners, competed in Weis-Crockett (Pre-National) Invitational... Placed 76th at Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships… Did not compete in indoor or outdoor track. 

2021-2022: In cross country, placed 21st at Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet… Raced 5k at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown… Ran 18:39.4 in 5k at NEICAAA Championships… Was ninth finisher for Yale at Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships … Did not compete in indoor track… For outdoor track, opened season with ninth-place finish in 800m at UConn Dog Fight…Ran collegiate best of 2:22.15 for 800 at Harvard-Yale Match and raced 4x400m relay… Competed in 1500m and 800m at Mark Young Invitational… Earned personal best of 4:47.24 in 1500m at Yale Springtime Invitational for third place. 

John Burroughs High School: All-state in cross country every year (state champion (freshman), second place (sophomore), fourth place (junior), and second place (senior))…  All-state in every track event (800m, 1600m, 4x800m, and 4x400m) each year... Was a 1600m champion, two-time 800m champion, 4x800m champion and two-time 4x400m second place... Set school records in 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 5000m, 4x400m and 4x800m… Team captain in cross country junior and senior years… Track and field captain senior year … Cross country team was state champions (first time in school history) her senior year... Track and field team was state champions her freshman year… Also played basketball. 

Notes: Parents were both college varsity athletes at Williams College -- father played soccer and mother played squash.
