2023-2024: Did not compete in cross country... In indoor track, opened season with mile at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet… Finished eighth and set personal record of 10:41.68 in 3k at Giegengack Invitational... In outdoor track, finished fourth and set personal record of 19.14.50 in 5k at Mark Young Invitational... Wrapped up season with personal record of 5:01.03 in 1500m at Yale Springtime meet.

2022-2023: Opened cross country season at Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet… Ran 5k personal best of 21:12.6 at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown… Raced 6k at ECAC XC Championships… For indoor track, placed 11th in mile at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet… Set collegiate best of 5:27.69 in mile at Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet… Competed in mile at Giegengack Invitational… Did not compete in outdoor track.  

Before Yale: Cross country team captain… SPC all-conference cross country honors as a senior… SPC All-Southzone cross country honors for sophomore and senior year… High school’s Outstanding Athlete Award for cross country for sophomore, junior and senior years…High school’s Outstanding Performer in Track and Field for sophomore and junior years… J. Fredd Duckett Female Athlete Scholar Award Recipient...
