2024-25: Began cross country season with 12th-place finish at Harvard-Yale Dual meet... Represented Yale at Paul Short Run... Finished third for Yale and 29th overall with time of 21:11.9 at Ivy League Cross Country Championships... Was Yale's second finisher at NCAA Regional Championships... Indoors, opened season competing in mile at River Hawk Invitational... PR of 10:02.52 in 3000m at BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational... Competed in 3000m at BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

2023-2024: Opened up her cross country season with 13th-place finish and 4k personal record of 14:09.7 at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet... Represented Yale at Ivy League Heptagonal Championships and ran 21:55.9 over 6k to place 25th… Set new 6k PR at NCAA Northeast Regionals of 20:59.8 to place 56th and finish third for Yale… In indoor track, ran collegiate best 5:11.61 in mile at River Hawk Invitational… For outdoor track, opened season running 1500m at Yale vs. Harvard meet… Ran season-best 17:48.42 for third place in 5000m at Mark Young Invitational… Finished season running 3000m at Yale Springtime meet in 10:15.88 for fourth place. 

2022-2023: For cross country, opened season with personal best of 22:34.0 in 6k at Paul Short Run… Competed at ECAC XC Championships… Placed 85th at Ivy League Cross Country Championships… For indoor track, placed fifth in 4x800m and ninth in mile at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia meet… Competed in 3k at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet… Did not compete in outdoor track. 

Before Yale: Team captain as a senior… All-state and all-league in all years she competed in cross country… DC Gatorade Runner of the Year… DCSAA runner of the year in 2022… Set school record in 5k (XC) 18:59.7… As freshman, started and helped basketball team win league championship… Played volleyball during freshman year and lacrosse during freshman, sophomore and junior years.

Off the track: Has done martial art of Aikido since age 4... Plays piano for fun, but the only songs in her repertoire are Taylor Swift.
