2019-2020: In cross country, competed at the Harvard-Yale season opener… Ran a personal best in the 5K at the New England Cross Country Championships finishing 7th for Yale … Competed in the CCSU Mini Meet running a personal best and finishing 35th overall... In indoor track, finished seventh in the 800 meters at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet and ran a leg of the 4x800 meter relay… Ran a personal best in the 1,000 meters at the John Thomas Terrier Classic… Competed in the mile at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet, running a personal best and grabbing an 11th place finish… Competed in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational running 5:14.18. 

2018-2019: In cross country, competed at the Fordham Fiasco... Competed in the Open Race of the Paul Short Invitational finishing 6th on the team with a 6K personal best of 24:38...Competed at the CCSU Mini Meet... In indoor track, competed in the 800-meter run and mile at the Giegengack Invitational, finishing seventh and eighth, respectively... Ran a new lifetime best in the mile at the Giegengack Invitational...In outdoor track competed in the 1500 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational... Improved upon her previous best by three seconds in the 1500 at the Harvard Yale Dual Meet running 4:48.40... Ran a personal best of 4:47.39 in the 1500 meters at the Yale Springtime Invititational for a sixth place finish. 

2017-2018: In cross country, raced at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet...Competed at the New England Championships...Competed at the CCSU Mini Meet...In indoor track, competed in the Yale Season Opener and BU David Hemery Invitational in the mile...During outdoor track, ran season-best in the 1,500-meter run at the Harvard-Yale dual meet...Ran season-best in the 800-meter run at the Mark Young Invitational.

Off the track: Worked as farm manager and summer intern at Yale Farm, where she worked with second graders from New Haven Public Schools in the Seed to Salad program…Was an event organizer for Yale Sustainable Food Program…Worked at CT Office of Public Defense doing mitigation work…Led after school programing with LEAP, a New Haven-based organization that provides free educational enrichment for kids in low income communities.

Before Yale: RunWashington All-DC post-season girls top 7 team (2016), anchor leg for the outdoor DCSAA state champion 4x800m relay team (2017), all-league in the ISL (2017)...Editor-in-Chief of high school newspaper...Student council class representative...Recipient of the Dorothy Jackson History Award.
