Adam Mandell ’95 joins the coaching staff in the fall of2011, reuniting him with Alex Dorato, his head coach at Yale.

Mandell helped lead the 1992-93 Bulldogs to a share of the IvyLeague Championship, compiling a dual-match singles record of 19-1playing between No. 2 and No. 4 and a doubles mark of 14-6,primarily in top slot. He earned first-team All-Ivy singles, playedtwo seasons as Yale’s No. 1, participated in the NationalCollegiate Division I Clay Court Championships and in the NCAA(singles) Championships, and captained the 1994-95 team.

A consistently high-ranked national junior player, Mandell alsowas ranked No.9 nationally in the men’s division in 2000. In2011, he was a member of the elite Men’s USTA Eastern Sectionteam that captured the Talbert Cup, a prestigious annualintersectional event. 

He graduated from Yale with Bachelor of Arts degrees in botheconomics and psychology.
