Allison Braun joined Yale Athletics as an assistant crew operations coordinator in December 2023.
Prior to joining Yale, Braun was an assistant coach for the women’s basketball program at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. While at Gannon, her team won the 2022 PSAC Championship and entered the NCAA Tournament ranked No. 4 in their region.
A native of Erie, Braun graduated summa cum laude from Canisius University with her undergraduate degree in environmental studies with a minor in art history and biology. At Canisius, she was a member of the women’s basketball team where she served as team captain for two seasons. She also competed as a member of the rowing team in her fifth year. Braun went on to complete her master’s in organizational leadership at her alma mater.
