Brady Thompson joined the Yale Athletics staff in 2025. He assists with various tasks as part of the athletics business office. He previously worked with the Yale football team for the 2025 season, serving as assistant defensive backs/quality control coach. Prior to that Thompson was a defensive quality control coach at Colgate in 2024-25, and he was a graduate assistant football coach at Carroll University in 2023-24.Â
Thompson has a B.A. in economics from Macalester College (2022) and an M.B.A. from Carroll University (2025). A native of New Brighton, Minn., he played football and ran track and Macalester.
