Gianna Spino joined the Yale Athletics staff in August 2023 as a marketing coordinator and was named assistant director, fan engagement a year later. In April 2026, Spino was promoted to Director of Game Presentation, where she oversees videoboard content and the Boola’s Buddies Kids Club.
Prior to Yale, Spino worked at Southern Connecticut State University in the recreation and fitness department. She also served as a marketing fan engagement intern at Quinnipiac. Spino was part of the externship program at NESN in 2021.Â
Spino graduated from SCSU where she majored in sports management and minored in business administration.
