Jazmine Parker joined the Yale Athletics staff in October of 2024 as Assistant Director, Events and Alumni Affairs. She spearheads the planning and execution of all Yale Athletic Development events, hospitality services and tailgating operations.

Parker provides leadership and support in developing a robust and efficient operation, organizing high-profile events like the bi-annual Blue Leadership Ball, Yale/Harvard Weekend, Alumni events and Alumni Anniversaries.

Parker manages mass alumni communications and assists with the organizational efforts of the Yale Athletics Associations, ensuring seamless coordination and engagement with the Yale Athletics alumni network.
Prior to joining the Bulldogs, Parker worked as Assistant Director of Alumni Relations, Regional Engagement for the UConn Foundation for 14 months. She was responsible for maintaining relationships with seven alumni networks within Connecticut and around the United States. She lead and executed a series of alumni events reflecting university priorities. She also went on personal visits with alumni to steward relationships and create awareness of the importance of gift giving. She collaborated with donor officers within her assigned alumni networks to create and host meaningful events.
Parker has a Bachelor of Science degree in communication, with a minor in advertising/promotion, from Southern Connecticut State. She lives in downtown Hartford, Conn., and is originally from New Haven, Conn.
