Jennifer O’Neil joined Yale Athletics in April, 2005 and is responsible for day to day operations of the athletic director’s office.
O'Neil serves as a member of Yale Athletics' Employee Affinity Groups Subcommittee.
Prior to Yale, O’Neil worked at the National Football League for 15 years. She worked in several areas during her tenure including Trademark Licensing, Team Relations, Youth Events, TV and Special Events. O'Neil was on the staff for the introduction of the NFL games in London in 1986 and Tokyo in 1989.
O’Neil currently resides in Old Saybrook, Conn.
