Nadeige (Bailey) Holmes-Fountain joined the Yale staff as Assistant Athletic Director, Operations in the fall of 2021.
In addition to her operations role, Holmes-Fountain serves as the department's director of community for student-athletes and is the sports supervisor for the men’s & women's tennis programs.
Prior to her arrival in New Haven, Holmes-Fountain served as Assistant Director of Athletic Events & Facilities at UConn, where she had worked since 2016.
Holmes-Fountain also has experience working for the Hartford Yard Goats (Minor League Baseball, 2019), American Athletic Conference (Women's Basketball Championship, 2019 and 2020), ESPN (College Football Championship, 2019) and USA Track & Field (Events Intern, 2018).
She received her B.S. in sports management from UConn in 2018 and her master's in sports management, also from UConn, in 2020.
