Tyler Stasiowski

Tyler Stasiowski joined the Yale Sports Performance staff in the fall of 2024. Prior to that, he spent two years as Trinity College's assistant strength and conditioning coach.
At Trinity, he worked with field hockey, women's basketball, men and women's swimming and diving, wrestling, men's and women's tennis and men's lacrosse. He assisted with football.

Stasiowski also worked at Springfield College, where he was a strength and conditioning graduate assistant in 2021-22. He worked with men's and women's cross country, men's basketball, men's gymnastics and men's lacrosse.

Stasiowski earned his bachelor's degree from Springfield in applied exercise science in 2019 and added a master's degree in education from Springfield in May of 2022. He has done internships at Holy Cross, Harvard, and his alma mater, and was the director of sports performance at the MB Performance Institute in Plymouth, Mass. He is a certified NCSA Strength and Conditioning specialist.

Originally from Plymouth, Mass., Stasiowski currently lives in Enfield, Conn.
