NEW HAVEN, Conn. –
The Bulldogs dropped to 2-2 on the season by losing a 4-3 decision
to Princeton in their ECAC Division I Men's Indoor
Championship at the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center.
Yale won matches at No. 1, 2 and 6 singles in
the loss. At No. 1
singles, freshman Marc Powers pulled out a 6-1, 5-7, 7-5 victory
over Princeton's Brosens. Freshman John Huang won 6-4,
2-6, 6-2 over Siow at No. 2 singles. Sophomore Joel Samaha defeated
Crutchfield 6-2, 2-6, 7-6 (4) at No. 6 singles.
The Bulldogs will play Brown Sunday at 9 a.m.
in a consolation match.
