Bulldogs Look to Extend Winning Streak  Â
Yale enters this weekend riding a five-match win streak, including four in a row at home, after its 3-0 victory over Brown last Saturday. This weekend marks the first full weekend of Ivy League play as the Bulldogs host Harvard on Friday and Dartmouth on Saturday.  Yale stands at 5-5 overall and 1-0 in conference play.
Attar and DeJardin Earn Honor Roll Status
Kathryn Attar and Ellis DeJardin were both named to the Ivy League Honor Roll for their efforts in Yale's 3-0 win over Brown last Saturday. Attar had 10 kills, nine digs, two aces and hit .364. DeJardin had a double-double with 13 kills and 11 digs.Â
Serving it Up
The Bulldogs held a 7-1 edge in service aces last Saturday against Brown and posted 37 in its first 10 matches. Yale's 1.59 per set average ranks second in the Ivy League.Â
Yale Honors 2014 Team on Saturday
The Bulldogs will honor their 2014 Ivy championship team between games two and three. The 2014 team finished with a record of 18-8 overall, 12-2 in conference play and won Yale's fifth straight league title. After securing the regular season title –Yale's 5th in a row -- a tie with Harvard forced a one match playoff for the league's NCAA Tournament bid, which the Bulldogs claimed in a 3-0 sweep in front of a raucous Crimson crowd.
Arnautou Named Candidate for CLASS Award
Yale senior setter Frances Arnautou has been named a candidate for a prestigious collegiate volleyball national award. The reigning Ivy League Player of the Year, Arnautou is one of 30 candidates for the 2019 Senior CLASS Award in collegiate volleyball. Read more here.

Scouting Harvard and Dartmouth
Harvard (2-8, 0-1 Ivy) - The Crimson are led defensively by senior Sope Adeleye who leads the team and ranks second in the league with 1.14 blocks per set. In the loss to Dartmouth last weekend, Jaimie Rao led the Crimson attack with a career-high 19 kills and .438 hitting percentage.
Dartmouth (5-5, 1-0 Ivy) - Dartmouth leads the Ivy League in digs per set with a 16.23 set average. Francesca Meldrum was named Ivy League Player of the Week with her 14 kills and four blocks in the 3-2 win over Harvard.
