NEW YORK, N.Y. The Yale women's tennis team is off to a strong start the ECAC Indoor Championships. The Bulldogs rolled to a 4-0 victory over UMass in the first round and will play Penn on Saturday at 5 p.m. The Quakers defeated Dartmouth.

The Elis took care of business in the singles, with
Samantha Martinelli blowing past her opponent 6-0,6-1 at the No. 1 spot. This lit a fire under her teammates, who rose to the occasion to secure the singles point.
Chelsea Kung took down Martina Bocchi 6-1, 6-1, followed by
Rhea Shrivastava's resounding 6-0, 6-2 victory over Sarah Mezini.
