NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Two matches in one day wasn't a problem for the Yale men's tennis team. The Bulldogs rolled to a 6-1 victory over NJIT to start the day and then blanked Fairfield 7-0 at the Cullman Heyman Tennis Center.
 
Against NJIT, Yale won five of the six singles matches in straight sets, including a 6-3, 6-0 victory by Michael Sun at No. 1. Louis Siegler had the easiest time of it, dropping only three games in a 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 4.
 
In doubles, the Bulldogs got victories from the teams of Arnav Dhingra and Dylan King and Siegler and Sun to clinch the point.
 
Against Fairfield, the Bulldogs won all six singles matches in straight sets.
 
The Bulldogs, who have won three of their last four matches, next compete against Loyola Marymount next Saturday in California.
