FAN ATTENDANCE POLICIES FOR YALE COMMUNITY THROUGH FEB. 21
NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The No. 5 Elis face their biggest challenge of the season when they welcome No. 3 Princeton and No. 1 Penn to the Brady Center this weekend for matches on Saturday and Sunday at noon. Both contests air live on Stretch Internet and can be followed live on Club Locker.
Princeton is 4-1 on the season, having fallen only to No. 2 Harvard. Yale has traded wins and losses with the Tigers over the past few seasons, with Princeton prevailing in the most recent matchup in February of 2020. Yale won in 2019 and has a 7-5 edge in the last dozen contests.
Top-ranked Penn is 11-0 on the season, having handled formidable opponents such as No. 2 Harvard and No. 8 Virginia. Since 2010, the Bulldogs are 8-7 against the Quakers, but have not beaten them since February of 2017. In their last match in February of 2020, Penn won by a score of 8-1.
The Bulldogs, who are 6-0 on the season, look to ride their momentum into this weekend's matchup and notch two statement wins against Ivy League opponents.
According to Yale's updated Fan Attendance Policy, only fully vaccinated graduate and professional students and faculty who have received their booster shot can attend this weekend's matches in person.
