NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The Yale women's ice hockey team had 28 student-athletes honored as members of ECAC Hockey's All-Academic Team for 2021-22. The conference announced the award winners on Tuesday.

Players are eligible for the All-Academic team if they earn a cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.00 on a 4.00 scale, or have a GPA of 3.00 or more the past three semesters.

One student-athlete from each institution is honored on the Commissioner's List, showcasing each program's top scholar from the 2021-22 season. For Yale, that is senior Gianna Meloni (Washington, D.C.).
