NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The Yale women's ice hockey team announced its 2025-26 team awards on Tuesday night at its year-end banquet.

The team's most valuable player (MVP) went to both Carina DiAntonio and Jordan Ray. 

Most Valuable Player
Awarded to that member of the Yale Women's Ice Hockey team who, in the opinion of her teammates, has contributed the most to the overall success of the team.

Wendy Blanning Award
Established in memory of Wendy Blanning, Class of 1978, by her teammates, and awarded annually to a member of the Yale women's ice hockey team whose efforts reflect ideals of team play and individual improvement as a hockey player.
Emma McGowan '28, F

Bingham Award
Awarded to a player who provides outstanding team leadership.
Carina DiAntonio '26, F

Richard H. Brodhead Award
Named after Richard H. Brodhead '68, the former Dean of Yale College, and given to the player who over the course of her career, has contributed significantly to the success of the team while excelling academically.

Coaches' Award
Jordan Ray '26, F

Mandi Schwartz Award
Awarded to a player who displays courage, grit and determination. Known as the Bulldog Award until 2010-11, when it was renamed in memory of Mandi Schwartz '10 (1988-2011).
Gracie Gilkyson '26, D

Bulldog Award
Awarded to a team member who best represents team values and what it means to be a Yale Women's Hockey Player, voted on by her teammates.
