Strong Start for Yale at Bulldog Invitational

Yale wins two doubles matches, five singles matches vs. Rutgers

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – It was a strong opening day for the Yale women's tennis team at the Bulldog Invitational. Yale faced off against Rutgers and won two doubles matches and five singles matches.
 
In doubles, the Yale duos of Vivian Cheng and Chelsea Kung and Ann Wright Guerry and Sophia Zaslow were victorious.
 
In singles, Kung posted an impressive 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 1. Guerry and Cheng were also straight sets winners.
 
Yale faces Boston University on Saturday at 10 a.m. on Day 2 of the Invitational.
