HAMDEN, Conn. – The Yale men's hockey team fell to No.1/1 Quinnipiac, 5-1, at M&T Bank Arena. The loss puts Yale at 5-17-4 overall and 4-13-2 in the ECAC, while Quinnipiac's record moved to 25-3-3 overall and 17-2-0 in the conference.
 
How It Happened

• Yale's David Chen scored the lone goal for Bulldogs with a tally at the 7:08 mark of the first.
• Quinnipiac rattled off five-straight unanswered goals, including three second period goals, and two third period goals.
• Luke Pearson made 23 saves in goal for Yale.
