No. 4 Terrapins Hold Off Bulldogs, 3-1, at Terrapin Invitational

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Yale field hockey team got within a goal of No. 4 Maryland late in the third quarter Sunday on a penalty corner goal by sophomore forward Poppy Beales that made the score 2-1 in favor of the Terrapins. Maryland was able to dodge Yale's upset bid, however, tacking on a goal early in the fourth for a 3-1 win.
