NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The Bulldogs return home for the first time to play a match in nearly a month to face Cornell and Columbia.

Here are Yale notes heading into the weekend:

The Bulldogs will host their Ivy League home opener on Friday against Cornell.
Yale has opened the Ivy League season with three straight road wins at Brown, Penn and Princeton.
Payton Bryan was named Ivy League Player of the Week on Monday after going for career-best in kills in both Yale victories last weekend. Bryan against Princeton had 19 kills and hit ,643 -- the best hitting percentage in an Ivy League conference match this season.
Cara Shultz has 123 career service aces and is one away from tying Phoebe Dann '97 for fourth all-time in program history. Shultz also leads the Ivy League in service aces per set (0.41) in conference matches.
Carly Diehl has 3,090 career assists and ranks fifth all-time in program history. She is 87 away from tying Ally Mendenhall '08 for fourth all-time. Diehl also leads the Ivy League in assists per set in conference matches (10.20).
Laurece Abraham leads the conference in hitting percentage (.405) in conference matches.
In the first two weeks of Ivy play, Yale leads the conference in: hitting percentage (.261), assists (12.17), kills (13.63), opponents' blocks (1.54) and opponents' service aces (1.11).
The Bulldogs have multiple wins streaks on the line heading into the weekend:
