CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Vignesh Gogineni of the Yale University men's tennis team finished as the ITA New England Regional Co-Champion after a 6-1, 6-1 victory over Cornell's Adit Sinha in the semifinals. As a result, Gogineni has qualified for the NCAA Division I Singles Championship, which will take place from Nov. 19-24 in Waco, Texas.

He was declared the regional co-champion along with Cornell's Radu Papoe.

The Bulldogs return to action on Friday for the first day of the Ivy League Masters ITA Qualifying event.
