NEW HAVEN, Conn. – After playing to a 1-1 draw, the Yale men's hockey team took the extra standings point by defeating Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in a shootout, 1-0. The Bulldogs improved to 9-13-1 overall ad 6-9-1 in ECAC Hockey, while the Engineers fell to 8-16-2 overall and 4-8-1 in the conference.
