CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – A pair of individual top-three finishes highlighted the final day of the Ivy League Championship for the Yale men's swimming and diving team.
Deniel Nankov placed second in the 100 freestyle with a time of 43.17, and
Jean Paul Ditto was third in the 3-meter diving with a score of 333.95.
The Bulldogs finished third at the championship, accumulating 1030 points over four days. Harvard won with 1682 points, followed by second-place Princeton (1321).
Other highlights from the final day included a fourth-place finish for
Charlie Egeland in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 1:55.52.
Adam Zapatka was Yale's top finisher in the 1,650 freestyle, placing 12th with a time of 15:23.22.
In the 200 backstroke,
Mak Nurkic Kacapor finished ninth in 1:44.66.
Ben Meulemans joined Nankov in the A final in the 100 freestyle and placed eighth with a time of 43.85. In the 200 butterfly,
Alexander Hazlett was Yale's top finisher, placing 11th in 1:46.14.
The final event of the competition was the 400 freestyle relay and Yale finished third with a time of 2:45.29.
