HANOVER, N.H. – The Yale softball team dropped a doubleheader to Dartmouth in Ivy play, 1-0 and 10-2, at the Dartmouth Softball Field. The Bulldogs record moved to 10-20 overall and 5-3 in the conference, while the Big Green improved to 6-9 overall and 3-1 in the Ivy.

Game 1: Dartmouth 1, Yale 0
- The first outing of the day proved to be a pitching duel between Yale's Emma Taylor and Dartmouth's Jensin Hall. The pair combined for 17 strikeouts and allowed just three hits total in the game.
- Dartmouth's Mary Beth Cahalan was the game one hero with a solo home run in the third inning to secure the victory.

Game 2: Dartmouth 10, Yale 2 (6 innings)
- Yale was on the board first in inning number one. Carolyn Skotz was granted first after being hit by a pitch before Sophie Woodridge knocked her in with a two-out double to left center.
- Dartmouth's response came in the bottom of the third as the Big Green rattled off five runs on four hits to take the lead.
- The Big Green added two more runs each in the fourth and the fifth and added the game-sealing run in the bottom of the sixth for the run-rule victory.
