NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale softball team fell to Princeton, 6-3, in the final game of the weekend series. With the loss, Yale moved to 18-23 overall and 12-6 in the Ivy, while Princeton improved to 23-11 overall and 11-4 in the conference.

Scoring Summary
- T1 | Princeton jumped out with a pair of runs in the first.
- B3 | After a scoreless second inning, Sophie Woodridge worked the count to give Yale a baserunner. Carolyn Skotz doubled down the right field line to score a run and split the Tigers lead in half.
- T4 | The Tigers responded right away with a two-out RBI double and extended their lead back to two.
- T5 | Princeton picked up a two-run home run and led by four.
