NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Noah Pak of the Yale men's hockey team was named the ECAC Hockey MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Week, as announced on Monday, Nov. 10.
Pak earns the honor after an impressive 2-0-0 weekend against Quinnipiac and Princeton. The Ontario native turned aside 41 shots for a .932 save percentage and 1.49 goals-against average.
Pak backstopped Yale to its first win over Quinnipiac since Feb. 9, 2018, and its first home-opening victory since the 2022-23 season, making 25 saves in that contest. The next night, he led the Bulldogs to a 2-1 overtime victory over Princeton with a 16-save performance. The win was Yale's first over Princeton in the last four meetings; the previous victory came on Feb. 18, 2023, in a 4-0 shutout in New Jersey.
