NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale baseball team dropped the opening game of the Ivy League Tournament to Harvard on Friday afternoon at George H.W. Bush '48 Field. The Crimson topped the Bulldogs 3-1 to advance. Yale drops to the consolation bracket in the double elimination tournament.
Fourth-seeded Harvard improved to 13-26 overall. The Crimson will play the winner of No. 2 Columbia and No. 3 Penn. Yale dropped to 30-13 overall. The Bulldogs will play the loser of the aforementioned game.
