NEW HAVEN, Conn. – After inclement weather pushed the game back a day, the Yale men's soccer team played to a 2-2 draw with Quinnipiac on Sunday afternoon. The Bulldogs scored two tying goals in the second half, with
Billy Altirs bringing the game even for Yale in the 90th minute.
With the draw, Yale improved to 0-2-1 on the season, while Quinnipiac moves to 0-3-1.

- 43' | The Bobcats took the lead before halftime after a Fredrik Moen free kick ricocheted past senior goalkeeper Conrad Lee. 1-0 QU
- 71' | The Bulldogs tie the game after Angelo Zhu found Sven Meacham in the box, burying the shot past the Bobcat goalkeeper. Sabalian Roy also earned an assist on the play. 1-1

Game Notes
- This was the first meeting between the two schools hosted at Reese Stadium since Sept. 19, 2015. The Bulldogs won that matchup 3-2.
- Yale is now 8-4-3 against Quinnipiac all-time.
- Both Meacham's and Altirs' goals were the first of their collegiate careers.
- Zhu's assist was the first of his collegiate career.
- Roy now leads the Bulldogs in points on the season with three.
- Lee made two saves on the day.
