DANBURY, Conn. -- First Year Samson Frey of the Yale women's ice hockey team was named as the ECAC Hockey MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Month, as announced by the conference on Tuesday morning. 

Frey went 3-0-0 this past week, recording shutouts against Northeastern and Dartmouth. The New York native made a total of 62 saves for a .969 save percentage and allowed only two goals in the Bulldogs' 3-2 win over Harvard Saturday night for a 0.67 goals against average.

The Bulldogs are back in action in Connecticut as they host No. 12 Colgate and No. 10 Cornell.
