Pascal Earns USA Lacrosse Preseason All-America Honors

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Senior defender Emmy Pascal (Lorton, Va.), who helped the Yale women's lacrosse team to an Ivy League Tournament Championship and a pair of wins in the NCAA Tournament last year, has been chosen to USA Lacrosse's Preseason All-America team for 2026. Pascal made the third team. USA Lacrosse announced the honors Tuesday. 

Last year Pascal was an honorable mention USA Lacrosse All-America selection. She was also a first team IWLCA All-Northeast Region pick and was named second team All-Ivy League. She was named to the Tewaaraton Award Watch List. 

In addition to starting all 20 games for a Yale defense that ranked No. 4 nationally in scoring defense last year, Pascal was also a key part of Yale's clears. The Bulldogs ranked No. 6 nationally in clearing percentage (.936). 

Pascal is a graduate of St. Stephens and St. Agnes School.

Preseason All-Americans are selected by USA Lacrosse Magazine staff and contributors with input from collegiate coaches.

Yale, ranked No. 11 in the IWLCA preseason national poll and No. 15 in the USA Lacrosse preseason national poll, opens the 2026 season at UMass Lowell on Saturday, Feb. 14.
