NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's tennis team kicked off its weekend in strong fashion, earning its second consecutive win with a 4–1 victory over Purdue on Friday afternoon at Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center.
Yale opened the match strong, earning the doubles point through the teams of
Leena Friedman and
Orly Ogilvy, and
Shyla Aggarwal and
Julia Werdiger. The Bulldogs followed with singles victories from Werdiger,
Angela Huang, and
Rachel Lee, with Lee clinching the team win.
