Dominant Defense Highlights 11-6 Win at No. 5 Michigan

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The No. 14 Yale women's lacrosse team held No. 5 Michigan to its lowest goal total (tie) since Apr. 17, 2025 as part of a decisive 11-6 win for the Bulldogs Saturday afternoon in Ann Arbor. The Bulldogs held the Wolverines scoreless in two quarters – the first and the third – and got a hat trick from sophomore attacker Kelly Holmes.
 
Yale improves to 4-0 (0-0 Ivy League) on the season while Michigan falls to 3-2 (0-0 Big Ten).

  • Sophomore attacker Kelly Holmes had a game-high (tie) three goals and three points.
  • Junior attacker Paris Panagopoulos had a team-best three draw controls.
