Cohen, Sloan Lead Bulldogs to Doubleheader Sweep of Penn

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Buoyed by fantastic pitching performances and clutch hitting, the Yale baseball team swept Penn in a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon at George H.W. Bush '48 Field. Senior Daniel Cohen hurled a complete game shutout in game one, leading the Bulldogs to a 2-0 win. Colin Sloan hit a walk-off single in the tenth inning of game two to propel Yale to a 3-2 victory.

With the victories, Yale improved to 13-8 overall with a 4-2 record in Ivy League play. Penn dropped to 7-14 overall with a conference record of 3-3.

Key Performers
