NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Yale took care of business at the Brady Squash Center Sunday afternoon with 9-0 victories over No. 32 Haverford and No. 28 Tufts.
Yale (8-0, 2-0 Ivy) featured several less experienced players in their lineup for both matches of the doubleheader, but strong contributions from all nine positions resulting in two dominating wins for the Bulldogs. With the losses, Haverford fell to 2-7 while Tufts' record dropped to 4-7.
After today's victories, Yale will begin to prepare for a busy slate of five matches next week, including a Wednesday night showdown against undefeated No. 2 Trinity. That contest will begin at 6 p.m. in the Brady Squash Center.
