NEW HAVEN, Conn. — In their first match since last semester, the No. 3 Bulldogs topped No. 15 Williams 9-0 on Tuesday at the Brady Squash Center.
Yale's top nine included five freshman, all of whom took care of business against their opponents with decisive wins. Over all nine matches,Yale only dropped one individual game, winning eight of the matches 3-0 and taking the No. 8 spot by a 3-1 margin.
The strong performance leaves the Bulldogs feeling confident as they prepare for two important Ivy League fixtures against No. 6 Columbia and No. 7 Cornell on the road this weekend.
