No. 5 Elis Fall 7-2 to No. 3 Harvard

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Yale men's squash came up short in its effort to snatch a share of the Ivy League title as the Bulldogs fell 7-2 against No. 3 Harvard on Friday night in Cambridge.

Harvard leapt out to a 4-0 lead and never looked back on the way to a win that clinched a share of the Ivy championship for the Crimson. The contest was much closer than the final margin indicated, however, as four of Yale's losses came in five-game showdowns. Reversals in some of these closely-fought matches could have led to a very different result for the Bulldogs.

Senior captain Joseph Roberts and junior No. 1 Sam Fenwick both contributed 3-0 wins to Yale's tally.

Yale's final Ivy League match of the season will take place on Sunday at noon, when the Bulldogs host No. 10 Dartmouth at the Brady Squash Center
