NEW YORK, N.Y. - The No. 5 Elis notched their fifth win of the season today in a 7-2 victory against No. 6 Columbia.
The Bulldogs won a handful of hard-fought matches on the afternoon. No. 2 Nadav Raziel won in a tight, four-game, hour-long contest, as did No. 3 Max Forster and No. 7 Jed Burde.
No. 4 Siow Yee Xian came back from an 0-2 deficit to win his hour-long match in five games.
"The men worked hard in all their matches today and were very clinical," said Lynn Leong, Brooks G. Ragen Director of Squash at Yale. "They came to the courts determined and fired up and they showed great patience throughout all their matches. We look forward to keeping up this momentum in our next home matches against Princeton and Penn."
The Bulldogs face Princeton and Penn next weekend at the Brady Center.Â
