Last Game
Yale (12-7, 5-2 Ivy League) had a five-game winning streak snapped by Princeton last Friday. The Bulldogs led 40-36 in the fourth quarter, looking to snap the Tigers' 31 game Ivy League winning streak. But Princeton outscored Yale 25-9 in the game's final seven minutes to pull out a 61-49 victory. Sophomore guards
Klara Astrom (Menlo Park, Calif.) and
Jenna Clark (Pittsburgh, Pa.) led the Bulldogs in scoring with 13 points each. The five-game win streak was Yale's longest since winning eight in a row from Dec. 19, 2019 through Feb. 1, 2020.
Ivy Outlook
Yale enters the weekend in third place in the Ivy League with a 5-2 record, a game ahead of fourth-place Harvard (4-3). Columbia and Princeton sit at 6-0 and are tied for first. The Lions and Tigers face each other this Saturday at 5:00 p.m. at Jadwin Gym.

Yale's current .632 winning percentage is the team's second-highest in a season since posting a .654 winning percentage in 1979-80. The 2019-20 squad had a .704 winning percentage.

Halftime Adjustments Paying Off
Yale has outscored its opponents by more than 100 points – 319-218 – in the third quarter this season. That is the largest difference of any quarter. The Bulldogs have outscored their opponents 289-287 in the first quarter and have been outscored 289-269 in the second quarter and 277-256 in the fourth quarter.

Camilla Emsbo (Lakewood, Colo.) continues re-writing the blocks section of Yale's record book. With 42 blocks entering the weekend, she has three of the top seven single-season block totals in school history. Her 62 blocks in 2019-20 ranks second, her 52 blocks in 2018-19 ranks fourth and her 42 blocks this season ranks seventh. She is second on Yale's career blocks list with 156 – 26 away from the all-time leader (

Scouting Dartmouth
Dartmouth (1-17, 0-6 Ivy League) has lost seven in a row, including a 57-43 defeat at Yale Jan. 23. Yale is 19-4 in its last 23 games against the Big Green, including a 10-1 mark at Leede Arena.
Scouting Harvard
Harvard (10-9, 4-3 Ivy League), which hosts Brown Friday night, has won three in a row and averaged 85 points per game in that span. This is the 40th and final season for Harvard head coach Kathy Delaney-Smith, who announced in November that she will retire at the end of the season. Yale beat Harvard 80-73 earlier this season.
