NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The No. 6-ranked Yale University men's lacrosse team plays its penultimate regular-season game on Tuesday night, April 26, at 7 p.m., when the Bulldogs welcome local foe Quinnipiac to Reese Stadium.

The Bulldogs got back on the winning track just 26 hours ago with a come-from-behind, fourth quarter win in a rivalry game against UAlbany, 17-13. Yale posted a 6-1 final stanza to secure the win.

Leo Johnson had a career performance with eight points on four goals and four assists while junior
Matt Brandau had four scores and three assists of his own, including the tying and go-ahead goals in the fourth quarter. Both players were tabbed to the Ivy League Weekly Honor Roll.

Brandau leads the nation with 6.09 points per game but is not the only top stat man on the Bulldogs. Junior
Thomas Bragg netted two man-up goals on Sunday and now leads the country with 10.

Brandau also has a top-10 national mark with 2.82 assists per game, good for seventh overall while sophomore goalie
Jared Paquette is eighth nationally with 13.55 saves per game.

As a team, the Bulldogs rank fifth overall with 9.27 assists per game, sixth in man-up offense (.500), sixth in points (24.27), seventh in saves (14.27) and eighth in scoring offense (15.00).

The Bobcats (2-9, 1-4 MAAC) come down from Hamden looking to snap a two-game skid including a 21-9 loss at then-No. 6 Virginia. QU has wins over Canisius, 15-10, and UMass-Lowell, 15-14.
