NEW HAVEN, Conn.  – Andy Shay, the Forst Family Head Coach of Yale Men's Lacrosse, welcomes 12 talented first-years to the roster for the 2027 season, each bringing strong credentials on and off the field.
 
The newcomers join a Yale team that is coming off a strong 2026 season, during which the Bulldogs made their 15th consecutive Ivy League Tournament appearance and earned a return to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2023. In the NCAA Tournament First Round, Yale took No. 6 seed Syracuse down to the wire, narrowly falling in a 16-15 loss after the Orange's goalkeeper came up with a series of standout saves in the final seconds to secure the victory.
 
Josh Berger, Attack
